DAY 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Dades Gorges:
Our 5 days tour from Marrakech to Fes will start at around 8 a.m. over the Tizi’nt Tichka pass via the High Atlas to the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (2260 meters high). The scenery is stunning, and you can see many Berber communities that blend nicely with the mountain’s hue. arrived to eat lunch close to the lovely Kasbah Taourirt. Following that, you head toward the Rose Valley via Ouarzazate to arrive at Tinghir and then the Todra Gorges, a magnificent and stunning location that has served as a natural backdrop for numerous movies. DAY 2: Dades gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga desert:
You’ll depart for Merzouga after breakfast at the hotel, traveling through the Todra Gorge and Rissani. The Todra Gorge, the tallest and narrowest in the area with panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overhanging the valley, comes next after the town of Tinghir. Lunch is served in a restaurant beneath a 200-meter-high red gorge cliff. Numerous rock climbers come here to indulge in their favorite activity. After reaching Erfoud and Rissani, you will continue on to Merzouga, where you will be greeted with a glass of mint tea before checking into your Riad. You will spend the night in your riad or Hotel.
Day 3: Exploring Merzouga desert :
You can start your local exploration after breakfast in your hotel. To discover their music and way of life, you’ll travel to the Gnawa tribe, who were initially taken as slaves from Sudan. The lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations, is nearby. Visit the nomad wire home as well because many Berber handicrafts there are more affordable than in the main cities. It’s time for your afternoon camel ride, which will be led by an expert camel driver and allow you to explore the Merzouga sand sea. Dinner will be served in front of your sleeping tent (the camp in equipped with flash-toilets and shower).
Day 4: Merzouga desert – Errachidia – Midelt:
After a sumptuous breakfast in the hotel, we’ll take the cities of Errachidia and Rich to get to Imilchil. Our first stop will be at Rissani, which is an authentic city full of veiled ladies and men in conversation. Rissani is the birthplace of the Alaouit Dynsaty, the country’s present royal dynasty. Your drive continues to Midelt via the breathtaking Ziz Gorges, which were carved out of volcanic rock, the Ziz Valley, and the amazing surroundings. After arriving in Medilt town late in the afternoon, night in a hotel.
Day 5: Midelt – Ifrane – Fes
We’ll depart for Fes after breakfast at your accommodation, traveling through Azrou and Ifrane. You will today take in the breathtaking scenery as you travel to Fes. In the Middle Atlas mountains, you will make a halt in Azrou. You can observe Barbarian apes in their natural environment in the nearby Cedar forest. After that, we travel to Ifrane, also known as “the Swizerland of Morocco” or “the French settlement.” The next stop is Fes, where we drop you off.
